I LOVE working with buyers, showing, and exploring properties. My background in home construction is a great asset and I use my knowledge to help home buyers purchase a quality home. I am also able to educate first-time home buyers on what to look for in the roof, windows, foundation, electrical systems, etc.. and how to spot and avoid “red flags”. Many times the properties are like puzzles, you have to collect the clues, like a scavenger hunt, to determine why the property is the way it is or how it got that way, then draw conclusions on what can or can’t be fixed, changed, or corrected. For my sellers, I handle the entire selling process for them. I work closely with many military out-of-state families who contract with me to sell their homes while they have already moved on to their new duty stations.
